Hi! I had the same problem on vista, so try this: Shut down the computer and just when the screen turns black push f8 rapidly to put it in a Repair Mode and also a Safe Mode, and then Highlight the Safe Mode with Networking and hit return and that should put the wininet.dll all back together again. Hope it helps..

PS.. Do you have Panda Security? That seems to be a problem all around.

I have the same problem and it happened right after I downloaded and used the free trial version of panda antivirus. So far Panda has not been any help. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi. Panda has posted a fix for the problem now, just call there phone # and follow there lead. The was I said to do it by useing f8 in the safe mode and then going to Safe mode with networking works also.

I wrote this once and I lost it. I am using Vista Home Premium 32 Bit to follow how I said to fix the problem works great and is easy and simple. Panda has a Fix now in there system, just call there phone # and talk to Teck support and get the recording and listen to the message. If you have fixed your computer you won't have the problem any more, the system is fixed, I hope, I havn't had any more problems.
