PCMCIA USB Drivers

I've just installed a generic PCMCIA USB card into an old laptop. It seems to have installed the drivers for the chipset OK (Via VT83C572/VT82C586) but in device manager, I have an item called 'PCI Universal Serial Bus' with a yellow !. It claims no drivers are installed. I've scoured the internet, and don't seem to be able to find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
