Remove PC INTERNET TOOLS

Help, I have tried to uninstall PC TOOLS. I go into the control panel, change or remove, PC INTERNET Tools shows up but when I try to uninstall an error message comes up telling me its not there. When I search my computer, three large files show up. I was a paid subscriber up untill PC TOOLS would not help me with my request for an uninstall tool. Now I just want to remove all traces of this program. It interfears with my KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY. Every time I restart, an error message shows up that it can't find PC INTERNET TOOLS.
I run Windows Vista Home Premium.
