Running windows XP and since i moved I have misplaced my password to use my wireless router.

You'll need to reset the router and reconfigure it. There is no way to recover that password.

Hmmm. What is the make and model of your wireless router? This can be an involved process to a novice. You may want to consult with whoever set up the device in the first place.
