I have windows Vista premium OEM I installed the SP1 update and a few days later I got an error message saying "This copy of Windows is not genuine.” I installed WGA plug-in and it found Vista to be Genuine, the next reboot it was not Genuine. I know it is genuine. Has anyone had this problem and if so is there a fix?

sorry, but your oem was a violation of microsofts eula. oem software is only for a newly built computer that never had an operating system installed. You had an operating system installed so you were not eligible to use it. You should have purchased a full retail version of vista when you originally install vista.

If you got the disk from your computers manufacturer, you need to contact them. As far as why its its not caught until sp1, maybe that problem is just now being fixed. Just like the genuine windows program was not released until well after xp was originally released.
