Today I purchased and installed a new router which is set up to have one desktop on a wired ethernet connection, one desktop on a wireless connection, and one laptop on a wireless connection. The wired desktop is working just fine, and the laptop is working just fine, but the desktop's wireless adapter cannot find the wireless network. The laptop and desktop are sitting next to one another, and the laptop connects to the network immediately, but the desktop finds no trace of the signal (despite picking up the neighbor's security-enabled signal on almost full power). It is a LevelOne WNC-0301 11g wireless PCI adapter which came highly recommended by the technicians at the local computer store. Any tips? Thanks.
