uninstalling a programme

Can anyone help me please??
I installed a new printer yesterday, but one of the options did not install fully because I have it somewhere on the computer, but it can't be found by windows, I have went into the remove programmes but it does not remove it

Can anyone help me

I'm not clear on whether you want to uninstall the printer or get it fully installed.

First check to make sure the CD you're using contains drivers for Vista. If not, you should be able to download them from the printer manufacturer's website.

If the CD does have Vista drivers, first try reinstalling the software right over top of what you've already installed. If that doesn't do the trick, remove the printer in Control Panel>Printers (right click the printer, left click Delete), reboot and try installing again.

Thanx MIZ I wanted to install the printer fully, however this does not seem to have worked as the print CD option is not installing, I have managed to download the other programmes from EPSON but they do not have this one to download direct, so I am still no further forward, but appreciate your help Thanx again
