Hi snake2091. Did Chkdsk run as part of the repair?
If not, boot from the DVD and open a command prompt. See here (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial147.html) for more help.
After the prompt, type:
chkdsk /r c: (assuming Vista is installed on your c drive)
Let chkdsk run and when finished, try rebooting into Windows. If you still get the same error message, it's very likely that you have hardware failure of some sort.
Is this computer still under warranty? If so, you should be contacting the Manufacturer.

Then that takes us to the second part of my post:

I dont know. You will have to check the terms and conditions. If the warranty appears to be still in force, contact the Manufacturer. They will soon let you know whether or not you have voided it.

Hardware can fail at anytime.
