Hi,
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and have a problem viewing the contents of several windows, IE Today I attempted to install SP1 and all went fine until I got to the EULA up popped the window containing the text and I was able to scroll through to the end but most of the text seemed to disappear behind the window border and the usual accept button was nowhere to be seen. I was able to resize the text to fit the window but it was then too small to read. The window can not be maximized or resized. I can resize through a small program called Volumouse but this only resizes the window borders and not it's contents. This same problem occurs in several instances, Colour management window, Date and time window, Regional and language options window, Sounds config window and as mentioned above.
I have updated all drivers to the latest including the graphics drivers which I first suspected may be the problem but to no avail. Can any of you chaps out there throw any light on this problem. I would of posted some screenshots but for some reason my post wont take them.
Thank you in advance to anyone that can help.

Hi ray10558. I must admit I am having problems trying to picture what you are talking about. You can upload screenshots to PhotoBucket (after creating a free account) and post a link here.

Have you always had this problem and if not, how long ago did it start. Also did it co-incide with the installation of new software or hardware?

Hi.
the microsoft online European rollout to SP1 for vista is not today. (but soon)
Sp1 online update will exclude incompatible hardware drivers.

You should roll back.
After that, Ann Marie can help.
