I ride my bike alot i think that helps somewhat (Geez i must ride 10 miles each time i ride to the service station to get a soda @ night) Its good to get outside and excercise i think :)

What do the rest of you do to keep your peace of mind and body?

I ride my bike alot

I guess you mean "I ride my bike frequently" or if you are being more casual then you might say "I ride my bike a lot" However you need to be downright strange to to say "I ride my bike alot"

see http://www.iolani.honolulu.hi.us/Keables/KeablesGuide/PartThree/Letters/A.htm#alot

a lot, alot: a dead metaphor, dull when spelled correctly, worse when misspelled alot. Passable in conversation as a substitute for much or many, it is better avoided in writing.

What you might do? is ride your bike to the service station ( alot, alot and/or frequently) and don't get a soda but, a FRUIT drink; get away from all that sugar.

I occasionally play sports with my brothers and friends and I often bike and walk. I really should consider running, too. Most of my exercise comes from writing code. ;)

I don't rollerblade much anymore, but I've got a really nice mountain bike and I live close to some killer mountain trails. So I ride.
Alot.

I used to play table tennis and badminton, then when I grew up I played pool and darts, not always easy with a smoke in ones mouth, but lifting beer glasses sure helped with keeping fit! :p

I still run, but not alot(hehe-couldn't help it)anymore. I use to nordic ski, but didn't make to the trail at all this last winter. I, also, have a bike. It's hanging in the garage. I've gotta get it down and start riding again.

A way of telling someone that you are gay.
Cody: "I'm going rollerblading."
Ryan:"Does your mom know you're gay?"

I don't do anything anymore other than walk. I went from doing 30 hours strenuous exercise a week to 0 hours a week. I used to have a resting pulse rate of 36bpm.

I got a job to put my socks on nowadays without being out of breath LOL

*I'm hungry, now where did I put that pie*

Cycle a tough 5 mile route 3 or 4 times a week (lots of sand and rocks to cross).
Hour beach training followed by two or three hours in the sea on sunday mornings, 2 hours sea training Tuesday evenings. Surf everytime it's appropriate (two or three times a week). Pool once or twice a week. 3 miles paddle each way if theres no surf, at least once a week.

dunno how I'm such a Jonny Vegas looky-likey! After all that, I should be built like a Kenyan marathon runner :( - if they ever banned beer and chocolate, that is.

**EDIT** thanks for the spur, I'll go and take a ride on the bike.

I do beer and pie lifting daily, walk out of the house to get in the car to drive to the corner shop or the chippy. Sunday is my biggest excercise day when I have to walk from the car to the pub (big car park) Rolling ciggies burns up loads of calories too. Marital duties seem to work ok. ;)

I walk up to the barn twice to feed the horses and throw out some extra corn for the wildlife (deer and turkey and one squirrel who has taken up residence near the barn). Then I walk back to the house. I do that twice a day.

In spite of that hectic schedule, I occasionally manage to groom my horse. When the weather is right, I tack him up and go for a ride.

My chosen sport, riding horses, is one in which the whole point is to sit down and stay as still as possible. That says it all about my love of physical exertion. :D

I use to ride the ponies alot until old age crept up on me. Now I just let the dog walk me a couple of times a day and that's more than enough activity for me.

I've installed parrallel bars in my new house.
