.X&COOKIESET file extension

Hi.
I'm trying to download a file with this extension. However when I run a windows live search to find the appropriate programme I get redirected to links for registry cleaner?!
Anyone know how I can download this attachment. It's kinda urgent!

That suffix appears to be more of a URL variable than a file extension. I'd guess that it's not a valid file.
