Hi,
Some of my Norton anti virus 2002 files seem to have been corrupted, I am unable to get live updates since a last few days (it gives a message : No products that can be updated). I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it , but it gives an error that another cpy is already running and uninstall it. I tried removing all the entries including registry, shared files etc. but the error persists bI am using Windows 98 as my O.S. Please Help.
