reformat hard drive screw up

i have reformatted a computer and somehow have drive d as MS-RAMDRIVe. Icannot get my windows disk to load. I just keep getting the DOS A:\> waiting for a command and have no ideaa what command to enter and no idea what is wrong.

try typeing in e: key enter
at the e prompt type setup key enter
