The reading error is C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver\etc\hosts

> Also, there are some stated status change on some file. For example, C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\user32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

The /etc/hosts file may be a result of the firefox browser being installed.
Are you using firefox?
If so,then it has probably locked permissions on the file.
This will usually result in an error like cannot open file, permision denied.
If you recently installed any windows updates, then system files
could have changed and avg is just reporting it.

The changes are just a report not a problem.
If your using firefox, the other doesn't need to be fixed.
