Every time I open Windows Explorer (not IE - I run Firefox), when i close it, I get an error message that says Dr Watson POst-mortem debugger has found an error and then my whole system crashes.
Running Windows XP SP2. Not sure what other details you need. Also, when my system restarts, the screen resolution drops to the lowest possible, and I get an error message (think it has to do with Nero cos there's a Nero image in the background) that says a "Language file is not installed, continue in English?"
I cant carry on like this!
I'm not a total ignoramus on pc's but get get around with some basics.
