Some MBS software has been downloaded onto my cousins computer, the only way this could have happened is her 10 year old son. MBS have not been very helpful and want her to pay over £70, which they say is the bill since september 2007 before they will send a cd to remove the software from her system. Does anyone out there have any ideas how to do this without them? I can't restore the system earlier than February 2008, I've thought about a recovery cd but unsure if I need windows xp recovery (software) or packard bell (hardware I'm assuming).
