printer - unable to connect

hi all, plz help me to solve my printer issue...

sharing printers - unable to connect

Here i hav a a network with 100 computers...domain configured windows 2003 serv R2 in HP Proliant G4 server all others installed xp pro sp2. here i have more than 25 printers in my network and only 2 printer i connected with ip address and both 2 printers configured in domain. the other printers i installed and shared in user pc's, these printers connected to other users also...the users connected to the sharing printer sometimes getting error unable to connect to the printer...if i log off the pc once, the problem is solved..this is happening for all printers....help me please
