saving e-mails to an ext HD

Which files do i need to save if I want to back-up my external HD so that in the event of a failure of the main HD i will have ALL the e-mails on the back-up

we use outlook express v5

The following image shows the path to a users email for Outlook Express:



Each user has a different path though. Under Windows 2000, you need to navigate to Documents and Settings/{UserName}/Local Settings then the remainder of the path as the image above shows. The contents within the Outlook Express directory is all the email for the user. Simply copy the Outlook Express folder itself to another location.
