Change starting day in Publisher 2007 Calender

I am trying to use Publisher 2007 to create a calendar where the day of the week starts on Saturday. So far, the help files only show how to change from a week starting on Sunday to one that starts on Monday. You would think Publisher would allow you to specify which day your week starts on.
