It's called a "Common HouseCat". Or, as the Brits refer to them, a "Common Flat Cat".

From what I can see in the pictures, the cat is a "mackerel tabby and white" in color. It's called mackerel tabby due to the coat color's similarity to a fish scale pattern.
If there are large splotches of the darker color, then it's a "classic tabby and white." I can't be sure which your cat is because of the quality of the pictures. If the cat isn't a purebred and registered with a purebred cat registry in your country, then in the U.S. it's just called Domestic Shorthair or, less flattering, Alley Cat. Cat shows classify unregistered cats as "Household Pets." That's probably more than you wanted to know.

First of all, she's definitely a tabby and white but the new pictures show shades of light orange on her nose and in her coat pattern.
The shades of orange her in coat means she's probably a tortoiseshell tabby. Tortoiseshells have tiny patches of orange and black and cream intermingled all over their bodies somewhat resembling the color of...surprise!...tortoiseshell (after it's no longer attached to the tortoise, that is). Pictures of that color are on this page.I see now why you were looking for help on identifying her. Although she's not of any particular breed, she's certainly got a unique coat color.

Tortoiseshells are harder to shoot. It's the camouflage effect. Got a few on the road though.

Looks like a tabby and part what ever. Just a house cat. I have three cats and have had as many as eight at one time. What ever it is? it looks like a nice one.
