I have other problems too, first there is a msident.dll on my desktop:o i dont remember how it got there. Is this a part of windows OS that should be somewhere else??

Second sometimes when my computer is booting up, its stops and reboots again, then says it was an improper shutdown.

I fixed most of the other problems myself.

Others are Realplayer is giving me errors also

Realplay has caused an error in RPMN3260.DLL
Realplay will now close.

What is going on and what did i do ????

Hi spidey - please go here (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/) and run the online virus scanner before you do anything else. When it has finished, go here (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/html/downloads/download.php/id/37) and download and run Startup List. It will generate a log file. Copy the log and paste it back into this thread. Also let us know the result of the Housecall scan.
