Keyboard problem
Whenever I use shift key and type certain letters, windows media player opens and am not able to type those letters in capitals with shift key. My OS is windows XP. I tried 'system restore' to a previous date but could not solve the problem. Can anyone help me please

It is a problem with the shift-keys settings in your system. I think you can enable/disable functions by holding down the shift key for about 8 seconds. Then Windows will give you a box with some information and options. I think there is also a back way into this area using control panel, I just can't remember how to get there.

I have got a feeling that some options in 'accessibility' in control panel are creating this problem. I tried all permutations but could not sort out the problem. Any help please
