Black Box Around Games! Help!

I cant seem to get rid of this black border that appears around all of my video games for the past 4 days... I have not done anything besides uninstalled file and print sharing from my wifi and internet card. Now when i use driver cleaner and then completely reinstall ANY drivers... The install just runs right through likes its not doing anything. Instead of taking around 4-5 mins like usual and asking me if i really want to install them, i almost INSTANTly finishes and then of course doesnt work at all when i reboot. I have tried cleaning them, check for any registry remnant but nothing. Still cant seem to properly install them

This is an 8600m gt, These are the same drivers websites that ive been using for the longest time, such as laptopvideo2go, and im using the same drivers that i had installed before. I also tried around 3-4 different drivers under the most current one. Could someone try to help me with this install problem, and if it does install could you help me figure out why theres a black box if there is? Thank you so much! message me if you need more info!

I just tried to run the device manager auto driver install, but it said that the file WAS found, but it could not be installed... I have no idea whats going on.

Hey guys does anyone know how to get these drivers to install properly? Is there any other precautions i can take to make sure it installs properly? I already tried removing any and all remnants of the drivers and installing about 5 different type of drivers from different websites, but they all seem to INSTANTLY install and do nothing.. Could anyone help? Ill answer any questions you have.
