Recently, when a friend's PC (W98SE) was going through its start-up routine, a warning appeared, saying that there was damage on the C drive. She followed the instructions to "fix" the problem. (move info to other unaffected clusters?). It did warn that info stored on the damaged clusters might be lost.
Every time that she tries to open Outlook Express now, she gets a window saying Unable to load MSOE.DLL.
Can anyone help ?
