W2000 Offline Folders

I'd like to allocate a number of folders and sub folders for offline access. I've designated the folders and proceeded through the Wizard, specifying subfolders as well, but instead of finding my nice orderly folder/subfolder setup offline going to offline folders presents me with 2,920 individual files, alphabetically arranged. Am I doing something wrong, or is it not possible to synchronise offline files in folder/subfolder format??
