deletion script

Here is my situation. I have a folder that contains files that need to be deleted by the 10th day that they are on the system. I get new files everyday, so I can't just delete the entire folder. Is there a way to write a script file that can be run at startup that will delete all files in a particular folder that have a date/timestamp that is more than 10 days older than the current date? I am running WinXP if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any and all assistance and/or advice.
