i have RedHat 9 and i have a Compaq Server running Windows 2000 Pro with Dual SCSI Hard Drives...i want to put redhat on it. How would i partition that...?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean.
You have two hard drive correct? Are you mainly looking for about how much room you need to install Redhat?
