Angry Rogers@Home / Sympatico conflict

Hey everyone,

I am trying to install Sympatico's Access Manager for a user. I have already removed Rogers @Home from the Add/Remove Programs. When I run the Sympatico install, it detects Rogers @Home and complains of possible "incompatibility". When I choose to uninstall Rogers before continuing, nothing happens. I tried removing all registry keys associated with it but I still receive the same message.

Suggestions?

Hi Jade821 - full removal instructions near the bottom of this FAQ. There is also a removal tool. I searched the Rogers Help site and couldnt find it however you can download it from here.

Unhappy Still Nothing...

Hey AnnMarie,

Thanks for the links. Unfortunately, it still did not clear the problem. Several users were using the laptop and it had several applications/settings installed that may have conflicted. It saved us more time by reimaging the computer than trying to troubleshoot, given our constraints.

Thanks again. :-S
