When installing Ximian Evolution....
When installing Ximian Evolution do not select to install the Ximian Connector unless you plan on using it to connect to an exchange server.
When I install any program, I always go for the custom installation if offered and usually select all the components that I'm given the choice to install. Sounds harmless right? Well when you install Ximian Evolution and choose the option to install the connector and don't have a paid license for it (the connector that is)...it troubles you with a nag message every time you open Evolution to check mail or do anything else. Not that I hold anything against Ximian for this, I mean they should get paid for their work.....but its just my silly fault for going wild and not paying attention during the install.

actually the Ximian people can to my local LUG meeting... we were told their model to make money is to force companies to pay for their products so end users dont have to. They assume no one but a big corperation uses exchange servers...

Sure once in a while you get a peanut butter cup or an English toffee but its gone to fast and the taste is fleeting. In the end, you're left with nothing but broken bits filled with hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts, which if you are desperate enough to eat leaves nothing but an empty box of useless brown paper wrappers.
