Exporting a distribution list

Does anyone know how to export a distribution list from an address book in MS Outlook so I can import it to a searate address book in Outlook Express.

I do know how to export and import the entire address book but would like to do this only for a large distribution group.

Thanks but this tells me how to establish a PDL which I already know. I'd like to know if there is a way to export it.
