Hi people, got a little problem with outlook, i seem to get double emails i.e. i get two of the same message. This does not happern to all messages just about 50%. Is there a away to stop this.

Hi craigwheway - is this a POP3 mail account. If so and you have chosen to leave a copy of the message on the server, it could be caused by a damaged Pop3uidl.dbx file. To fix the problem, run a search and delete your Pop3uidl.dbx file (make sure that you can view Hidden Files). The next time you check for mail, all the messages on the server will be downloaded again but everything should be OK after that.

Are youusing PCCillin as a virus guard? If so, have you configured it to check your incoming email? If so, have you recently re-entered your user name on OE setup page? That's why!
Don't worry, it will straighten out in a day or so.
If no to the above -- I don't know.
