go in your bios make sure your boot sequence is a / cdrom / hdd and your anti virus is disabled in the bios

boot your system up with your 2000 cd in your cdrom drive it should boot and start and install at some point you will have the option to partition and install

if you have a operating system on the ma chine just put your cd in your cdrom it will start to install it will prompt you to partition and format

you cant boot ntfs files with a 9x boot disk

if you still have problems you can dnload four 2000 boot disk from microsoft
