Well if you are willing to risk anouther cd.
Cheetah Burner (http://www.cheetahburner.com/)
Can burn from ISOs and it worked fine for me...the unregistered trial version makes you wait 5 long seconds before starting the program but it is fully functional to my knowledge. To burn from iso click on the down arrow next to "Write" and choose "Write Disc from ISO file"

:)
Try to restart your computer and close ALL unnessicary applications to ensure it will work.

Also have you checked to see if the iso file is corrupted?

Install Daemon Tools and load your ISO directly into its virtual CDROM then burn from the virtual CDROM as input.
NERO also damages system files as detailed in Daemon tools help.

An ISO is a direct copy of a CD including hidden data and boot records. A CD blank disc includes already, as much data as you can burn on it, This data tells yoiur burner what to do and so on.
If you load into a virtual cdrom, you overcome buffer problems as it is as fast as your hard drive which is many times faster than a cdrom.
