Question virtual device drivers

I have a machine on start up gets error messages:

EMH_NT_PDC\Netlogon\vplogon.bat
SystemCurrentControlSet/Control/VirtualDeviceDrivers VDD
Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid choolse close to terminate the application

I have already deleted and recreated the virtual device drivers in the HKLM, that didn't work. Anyone with any ideas???

Thanks
