Hey taichimaster

Sharing Favorites:

Move the Favorites Folder to a new location. In all accounts change the path to reflect the move. Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\UserShellFolders\Favorites

On a Network insert the UNC path.

Sharing Selective Favorites:

If you have a set of basic favorites you always want new users to have, you can add them to the "Default User" profile. That profile is a template from which new users are created. (Note that the Default User folder is hidden inside documents and settings. Either choose "show hidden files" from folder options or type it in the address bar manually (C:\Documents and
Settings\Default User). [name]

Now, this will allow you to set a template, but if what you want is to have all the users share a set of favorites, you can add the favorite to the "All Users" profile's favorites folder. That will make it visible to all users (existing and future new users).

create the new user account
a favourites folder will be created.
documents & settings\<user>\favourites

simply copy the favorites from the other user account and paste in to the new user favourites folder.

the favorites will be in
\documents & settings\<user>\favorites
you may have to change the folder settings to show hidden/system files.

anotherway to get to them would be to open Internet Explorer, click Favorites, right-click on a sub folder an click to Open or Explore

You can then navigate up one level an you will be in the root of the Favorites folder.
You can then copy the shortcuts.
