network problems

Hey guys and girls.. I have a few questions.
I had 2 comp. networked and everything running fine until someone came and deleted some files from my network settings.
comp1 is used to connect to the internet.(server) I reformated the hdd on comp. 2. and I'm able to see and browse comp.1 but comp. 2 shows on the network neighborhood but I'm unable to browse the hdd. even from comp.2. I've gone over the setup several times no luck. any ideas. 'hope I'm making any sense I'm a newbie on this. Thank you.
Both comp. running WIN98 SE.

Did you share a drive or folder on PC #2 (right click on a drive or folder and select 'Sharing')?

Thank you I figured that out last night now my problem is that I can't get my ICS to work. I installed TCP/IP protocol but for some reason can't bind it to the network adapter. any ideas.
