Email Prob, Please Help!

I am getting this error message "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.attbi.com', Server: 'mail.attbi.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F" whenever I check my email. I contacted my server and all they said to do didn't work. Any suggestions? Could something be wrong with my Outlook? I can send mail, but when I try to get it I get that message.

I receive the same error when I get an email on my server w/o a valid email address. Just delete the ofending email from the server and the remaining mail will download to the mail application
