Stop Error

I'm getting stop error 0x0D1 in NDIS.sys on a Windows 2000 Pro PC. It occurs after I install a D-LINK, DWL-520+ Wireless PCI adapter. Everything worked fine for about 15 minutes or so and then just shut down. I have found this and this article in MS Knowledge database but I'm not sure what to do. Now I'm just confused. Is the driver causing the problem or the OS or am I way off?

I think I saw mention that SP4 for Win2K addresses this issue, but I'm not sure if SP4 is out yet. I heard that is was leaked and I don't find it availble on MS site. Does anyone know about that?

EDIT
I found SP4!
