PLEASE HELP ME.
the display of my pc is not okay. Just shows without clear colours and picture.

Could you be a little more specific, I don't quite understand what you are saying. Are the colors distorted? Can you see your desktop?
What O.S are you running?
Did you change anything recently?
A little more information might be helpful. ;)

please sir the colors of my display is ditorted like you rightly pointed but I can see the desktop but not clearly.
Moreover I recently replaced the O.S from windows 98 to Win 2000 and the pictures becopmes distorted too. and pictures appear hazy.

Two things come to mind,
Video Drivers and Refresh Rate
Check your refresh rate and set it for 75 Hertz, Also make sure you have the updated video drivers installed for your card.
If you need more information on how to do this post back with the make of the video card and driver version your using.
