I have just reformatted my 3 gigabyte Fujitsu Limited hard drive, model type "MPC3032AT" I used FDISK to delete the original partition, then I proceeded to create a new partition I was told to restart my computer. I restarted now my computer boots up normally but gets locked on a screen like this:

It just stays on this screen and does not budge, I have tried to put the windows 98 boot disk in the floppy drive but to no avail.. I'm dumbfounded as to why it is doing this?? Can any one help me out?
