Please Help: No Recycle Bin on Desktop

Recycle Bin does not appear on desktop.
The Registry Information was deleted after uninstalling Norton UntiVirus.
I am using Windows 98SE.

Hi vingal,
Try creating a new key for it in the registry. Go to Start>Run, key in regedit, then hit ENTER.
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
explorer
Desktop
Namespace

Go to Edit>New>Key and name it:
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
(EXACTLY as written above, curly braces and all)
Now, in the right pane, double-click on the entry that appears there and key this in the Value Data field:
Recycle Bin

Close the registry and restart Windows.
