Hey doowooper. Howz ya moma and dem?

Um your question is a little confusing.... have you been to Pat O's again?

If you are wanting to make Outlook Express your Default email client... Open OE and click on Tools and then Options at the bottom you will see where it says This application is the defult mail handler. Click the Make Default button.

Nothing free anymore, you pay to get in,you pay to park, you pay
for food and drink, you pay when they tow your car away, you
pay for everything except to go to the potty that has lines a block
long, and a lot of people go behind something to go and hope they
are not caught.

Quick terminology check to avoid confusion

Outlook isn't a browser, it's a mail client... are we talking about web or email here?

Email. You have to be from new Orleans to be able to translate such things.
