can't get mail
whenever i get on line i can surf the net just fine but when i go to get my mail on outlook express 5 it starts to download my mail and then kicks me off line.

any suggestions?

Have you tried an Internet Explorer repair?

OE5 is kinda old now, what version of Internet Explorer are you using?
