Hello everyone,

A while ago, I asked how to set up a Win2000 and Win98 dual boot system. My question is, would I follow the same procedure to set up a WinXP professional and a Win98 dual boot system (install Win98 first, then install WinXP)? I'm pretty sure it would, but I just want to make sure.

Also, how much ram would you recommend for Windows XP? I think I've read somewhere that while 64 mb is the minimum, 256 mb or more is ideal. Thanks.

Yes, install 98 first then XP. That is the best way.

As for the Ram. I Ran XP on this HP with 64mb's and it kept freezing up. So I say 128 Minimum. XP Runs great with 256....
