When I go to My Computer and try opening the C: drive by double clicking i get this error...

Error: Type mismatch: 'KJ_start'

What is the problem?
Not only is it in My Computer, but it is affecting Windows Explorer as well. This now means that I can't access the C: drive folders from anywhere. So what am I supposed to do now? Any ideas, anyone? Please help, I would really appreciate it.
