How to check for keylogger installation??

I'm being watched, and it isn't by Big Brother! Do any of you experts know how to check and see if a keylogger, or spy software has been installed w/out any history of a check being run?? I have suspicions of "someone" using a spy-like program to discover my passwords and other things that are private!
Oh, how I would love to turn it around and see how much they enjoy invasion of privacy

Sorry for the delay in answering. You can use LavaSofts AdAware to check your system to see if you have any Spyware on there.

What makes you think someone is spying on you?

Is this your private machine at home, or is it a machine you use at work? It do make a big difference. You have a very low expectation of privacy at work, at home is a different matter.
