NTLDR is missing, can't get a command prompt
I have an old PC which had Win95 on it. It's OS was partly deleted and it won't reboot. It gets to NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart but won't give the option of a command prompt to format C. Is it possible to format C from the BIOS or to obtain a command prompt. Any suggestions? The rescue disk doesn't help.

Not the same problem in that posting, but I finally managed to get it solved. I needed a useful boot disk.
