BSOD - help

hi, i'm good at sloving other peoples bsods but not mine!
I keep getting this at shutdown, well it started once when i clicked cancel while dialing up to the net
now it happenes about 1/2 the timesi shut down

i installes music maker dance edition recently but the error didn't appear till Sunday night, i installed music maker on saturday morning
i have tried reinstalling music maker to no avail

tried in safe mode and shut down ok

Hi 30111987 - I have checked your startups and there is no malware or spyware on your PC. If it happens again, try a clean boot (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q267288) and see if you can identify the culprit.

after a startup and shut down without problems in safe mode i haven't had a trace of the error, perhpas its sorted itself out.
I'll keep you posted.
I found a useful file in C:\WINDOWS called faultlog.txt
which details errors

damm i got it again
i had it when i was dialing up to the net then it appeared again when i shutdown the pc :(
