Hey

I went to start my pc last night and as soon as it started up I noticed it was in (safety mode), bc it was kinda fuzzy looking, and the icons were larger than usual, well actually at first it asked for my user password etc but I never really set up that and I never had to do that. So I just pressed enter bc my mouse would not work. Then when the desktop appeared the icons were large and the screen was fuzzy and I got an error screen box with QTTASK on it. I pressed enter and I cannot do anything to the screen or system. Can someone please help me out here tell me whats wrong and how I can fix this!? Thanks!

Preferences.
3. The QuickTime settings box will open.
Select "Update Check" from the dropdown
menu.
4. On the bottom of the screen, you will
