Please help me get rid of this program

I downloaded Net Detective and didn't look to see if it had an uninstall. It didn't and it will not uninstall using my Add/Remove Programs! It just makes my computer freeze up and I have to shut it off manually. What can I do?

Well if you can start it up in Safe Mode (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/html/tutorials/tutorial.php/id/24) go to Start>Run> type msconfig and press enter > choose the startup tab> find the net detective item and uncheck it (if you need help post finding it run Startup List! (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/html/downloads/download.php/id/37) and post the log here (you may want to scan over the log for youir name or such because it can sometimes have that but alli t is really doing is collecting essential data on your computer such as what programs start with windows)

Once you uncheck it boot into windows normally:)

Welcome to CTH Funn6229 - Is there an entry in Add/Remove Programs for it? If not, open the Net Detective Folder using Windows Explorer and see if there is an uninstall.exe there that you can use.
